Seems to be a flaw in what is a a capable sprayer. Nozzle tip seems to break off every time it gets used resulting in permanent flow and drips! Now out of stock, hopefully just temporarily!

Great tool for spraying fences/sheds let down by inferior plastic nozzle that chips at the end due to pressure from the plastic pin. Should make with a stronger material.Will leave dismantled next time I have a spare (will order 2 as postage is expensive

Collar to orifice is weak. It cracked and segment broke off at first time of cleaning. Product box should contain a spare for what it must cost.

I tend to agree with previous comments, the nozzle is a very weak part and needs to be modified I have two spray guns, and both my nozzles split, the spray gun is superb but the nozzles let it down.

I had to buy a new nozzle for my sprayer I can only say what a great bit of kit, makes spraying my decking easy, anyone thinking of investing in a wagner sprayer stop thinking & buy one! 5☆

Unfortunately I didn't remove the Nozzle from my spray gun after I had finished using it. The pressure of the nozzle pin against the plastic nozzle caused my old one to crack. If the nozzle was made from aluminium this problem would not happen. The new plastic nozzle works great but I now dismantle the nozzle completely while its not in use.
