Owing to the measures relating to the COVID-19 virus and the increase in online orders, the delivery of your package may be delayed during the coming period. In addition, it may also happen that a specific product will temporarily be unavailable/difficult to supply. We will try to indicate the delivery time with each product ordered. If this is the case with regard to your order, we will try to inform you in good time.
Together with our warehouse and carrier colleagues, we will make every effort to process all orders as smoothly as possible. On delivery, the delivery person will sign for receipt in order to avoid physical contact as much as possible. Signing will take place in your presence as the recipient, and the appropriate distance of 1.5 metres will be observed. The return/trial period of 30 days remains unchanged. If the situation requires, these terms will be adapted in line with instructions given by the government and carriers.
